Work from a Camborne student has been chosen to be a part of the Prime Minister Boris Johnson s Half Term Art Competition. Year Seven student, Zak Drakeley, from Camborne Science and International Academy, has had his doodling skills selected after the initiative asked young people to submit pieces on something that they were thankful for. Zak s work was chosen for the eleven years old and above category and were showcased on the Prime Minster s Facebook page to an audience of nearly one million people. Mrs Su Gellatly, Assistant Principal for Character Education, said: We wish huge congratulations to Zak who has demonstrated ambition and resilience in learning to doodle in lockdown. ....
