Obviously, significant legislation is to be debated ki Medicare Part d includes the Risk Corridor Program and a source of funds for the program. But as i read the Health Care Legislation that is not the case. And based on a lack of appropation it is my understanding the Insurance Company cant make payments to cover the program. This is supported by the current process and i would like to submit this to the record. In december, i asked the secretary of health and Human Services on if it was legal to make the changes to the state and she didnt answer and we are not here to talk about this. Thunderstorm suddenly rolled in. Good evening. 13 people were struck by lightning this afternoon at venice beach near los angeles. Two of those people are in Critical Condition tonight. At least three of them were on the boardwalk, others were in the water. One person had to be pulled out and given cpr. People at the beach say the next thing they knew there was thunder and lightning. One was hut by it could have been worse. We were out of the water f. We were in the water i dont think we would be here. We would be standing here with carbonfiber all over us. I saw a huge lightning bolt in the sky. It came down over there. It was then a really loud thunderclap. Another person was hit on a golf course on catalina island. It happened because of an unusual line of thunderstorms that moved through the southland.
