CARIBBEAN DEVELOPMENT BANK GREEN CLIMATE FUND READINESS SUPPORT FOR ST. KITTS AND NEVIS FOR INSTITUTIONAL CAPACITY AND COORDINATION AND COUNTRY PROGRAMMING CONSULTANCY SERVICES FOR CLIMATE FINANCE EXPERT 
 
 
The Government of St. Kitts and Nevis (GSKN) has received financing through the Green Climate Fund (GCF) Country Readiness Programme and intends to apply a portion of the proceeds of this financing to eligible payments under a contract for which this invitation is issued. In this regard, the Caribbean Development Bank (CDB) has been selected as the Delivery Partner to support the execution of the Readiness Support Institutional Capacity and Coordination and Country Programming. Payments by CDB will be made only at the request of the GSKN and upon approval by CDB and will be subject in all respects to the terms and conditions of the Financial Grant Agreement. The financing shall not be used for the purpose of any payment to persons or en ....
