Minister of National Defence Gen. Phan Van Giang received visiting Minister of State of the Cambodian Ministry of the Interior Gen. Sante Chan Ean in Hanoi on December 14.
Minister of National Defence Gen. Phan Van Giang attended the annual meeting among the defence ministers of Vietnam, Laos, and Cambodia in Vientiane on September 14 to strengthen the countries’ defence ties.
Minister of National Defence General Tea Banh, who also chairs the organising committees for next year’s SEA Games and ASEAN Para Games, announced that 5,270 soldiers will participate in the opening and closing ceremonies of the biennial multi-sports event.
