Despite the slowdown from previous quarters, the 0.1 percent growth in Brazil's gross domestic product (GDP) in the third quarter exceeded expectations, the ministers of Finance, Fernando Haddad, and Planning, Simone Tebet, said Tuesday (Dec. 5).
