Heggan brown was arrested last week, after Milwaukee Police investigated a complaint that he had allegedly sexually assaulted a man, one day after the Syville Smith shooting. Their grandmother was able to get out of the house with four other children. Today, the man who started that fire, Michael Morgan, was sentenced to prison. The courtroom was packed.
