Millstreet Vintage Club extends best wishes to Conor O Callaghan from Dromtariffe, who leads out Cork in the Munster Under-20 Hurling Championship Final on Wednesday night.
The O Callaghan family holds strong ties with Millstreet vintage, and fingers are crossed that Conor can captain Cork to a much sought- after title.
Meanwhile it s been somewhat of a downbeat year for the Millstreet Club, who had an extensive schedule drawn up to mark its 10th anniversary only to be disrupted by the COVID-19 pandemic and a series of lock-downs and restrictions.
The club was set up back in 2010, and it s safe to say that over the 10 years since its formation Millstreet Vintage Club has gone from strength to strength, said PRO Bernard Crowley. Currently, there are up to 100 members in the Club with an assortment of many different runs and events been ran by the club over the past 10 years. ....
