The Kentucky mom who lost all her limbs to sepsis after a routine kidney stone surgery is set to return to the University of Kentucky hospital for another procedure next week.
Lucinda Mullins, 41, went into hospital for a routine kidney stone removal surgery just before Christmas, however it led to an infection that caused septic shock - resulting in the quadruple amputation.
