Eugene Cole s life was cut far too short when he was shot and killed in the line of duty on April 25th of 2018. As a way to keep Corporal Eugene Cole s memory alive, his family and community have come together to raise scholarship money via a 5k and half marathon in his name. Last year due to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic, the annual event was held virtually unlike the previous years.
