　　记者从活动现场获悉，整合将按照“干支统筹、区域统筹、客货统筹、淡旺季统筹、航司统筹、军民统筹、运输与通航统筹”思路，构建“省内支线+国内干线+国际远程”轮辐式和点对点航线网络，促进运输与通航两翼发展，形成合理有序、多方共赢的航空运输体系。
