Soldotna City Council members last week gave city administration a thumbs up to move forward with new strategies meant to make it easier for the city to attract and retain employees.
Deputy City Manager Mila Cosgrove Juneau, Alaska (KINY) - The Juneau Assembly opened their Monday night regular meeting with recognition for retiring Deputy City Manager Mila Cosgrove.
Cosgrove has served the city of Juneau for 15 years, the last five in her current position. Most recently, Cosgrove also served as incident commander for the Emergency Operations Center in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Members at the meeting took turns sharing their appreciation and anecdotes for Cosgrove. Including incoming Deputy City Manager Robert Barr.
