Neighbors Credit Union will be expanding its South Lindbergh Boulevard location under plans set to go to the Green Park Board of Aldermen. The Green Park Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval last week for the credit union to update its main two-story building at 6300 S. Lindbergh Blvd. The Board of Aldermen was scheduled to meet Monday, April 19 after The Call went to press. In addition to the main credit union, Neighbors also owns the lot to the east that contains three multistory buildings at 6220, 6240 and 6260 S. Lindbergh Blvd. The lot is currently zoned Commercial Corridor. If approved, the preliminary site plan allows the credit union to make changes to the two-story foyer in the main building, said Mike Vorwerk with Civil Engineer Design Consultants. In addition to the foyer improvements, other improvements would be made to the facade and parking lot. The preliminary development plan reduces the impervious area by 0.1 acre. ....
