A state of emergency has already been declared in los angeles and sonoma counties. Millions of people in california face having their power cut as the Emergency Services continue to battle rapidly spreading wildfires. Chris buckler reports. In several parts of california, families have been forced to flee as wild flyers have learned through thousands of acres of dry land and into residential areas does make wild fires.
