Staff Report Junior guard Kiki Fossbender led all scorers with 14 points as Hopkinton beat visiting Norwood (1-1), 42-39, in a girls basketball game on Sunday. Junior guard Lauren Cho (9 points) and junior Lexy Trendel played great defense for the Hillers. Senior guard Lulu Murphy “did a lot of things that won’t show up in the box score,” according to Hopkinton coach Mike Greco “Norwood is a very good team,” Greco said. “They’ve won the league two years in a row, so right now I’m just really happy with the growth our group has shown this season.” Fossbender and Cho each made free throws in the closing minute.
