Out that im in the head and i had this problem and illness and might require me to miss a day of work now and again and that its better that im at home in those days than in the office because, you know, i promise them that i will be a poor influence on those days and they really dont want me around. Id also suggest that you do that you have a routine, routine seems to be very helpful with people with depression and manic depression including exercise and i guess i tell you the word to vote for progressives because theyre more openminded than others.
