It seems today to be a combination of technical factors and key support levels broken late yesterday so the sellers remain in control. Plus the fears around the virus as it is hitting the u. Id am certainly strongly opposed impeaching the president on the two grounds judiciaryy the committee. Neither of them is found in the constitution. They are the kinds of broad general, vague openended criteria that can be weaponize against virtually any president when the opposing party has the majority in the house of representatives. Its hamiltons nightmare. Hamilton said that the one thing he feared most was that impeachment would turn on the number of votes each party had rather than on the guilt or innocence of the person being impeached. And madison worried about open ended criteria, making a president serve at the will of congress and turning us into the kind of parliamentary democracy that we fought against in the revolution. It comes to Telecommunications Policy. Congressman doyle, in this past year as the year comes to a close what has your subcommittee accomplished when it comes to Telecommunications Policy . Guest we have been very busy on the committee geisha and technology subcommittee. Tomorrow we will be on the floor with stella, something the senate has had a hard time marking up a bill. We were able to mark up in my subcommittee in full committee and we will have that on the floor tomorrow on the suspension calendar and we look to pass that tomorrow and get that over to the senate. Obviously we have already done robocalls, that pesky little issue that americans have wanted us to do something about. We passed the amended house bill and thats over in the senate. We are waiting for the senate to take action on that. Obviously much earlier in the year we passed our Net Neutrality bill which sits over in the senate. We are currently working on c band and broadband mapping, and so its been a busy time o
