Out theo Point Military isnt the only source of Tactical Gear used by people in this country. Most of the stuff you are seeing in video out of ferguson is not military equipment. Ferguson itself, they have two humvees from this program. A lot of the stuff is not u. S. Military equipment. Point number two, 95 of the property transferred to local Law Enforcement through this program is not tactical. It is not weapons. It is shelving, office equipment, communications gear, that kind of thing. I think it is important to keep this thing in perspective. When the secretary wants to be he wants to be, as he looks at this program, he wants to make sure we are striking the right balance. That the rate residence is being transferred. That the accountability is in place. He is also mindful that it is not a good place for the pentagon to be holding sticks out to Law Enforcement. And light rain and showers. The entire metro is under a winter storm watch for late tomorrow night in Southern Maryland through the district and haggers town. No one is going to escape some significant snow from the system on thursday. But you have tomorrow. The rain will change to snow as we get unto thursday night late. In fact wednesday night late. 10 00 tomorrow night we have a huge amount of rain. A steady amount of rain and not much in the day but by the evening steady rain temperatures in the 30s and 40s and we get in the 6 00 hours and it turns into snow and a mix southwest and east and notice the temperatures are lagging behind. That will cut down on accumulations and then by 12 00 still some good snow alongism 95 and it has done an about face north and west of town and no snow in the metro and a little bit of snow to the south and we will come back and talk about the snowfall accumulation map.
