The water has receded to further down the roadway here. Frankly, its than deep. I think its not going to be too much longer that lanes will be closed. Right now for the moment at least, northbound annandale road closed near walnut hill lane. Now a few hours ago the entire road was closed in both directions. Even the southbound lanes because water was across the roadway. You see on the southbound side that has already receded. They opened those lanes ....
