[rain falling] the Stormy Weather caused problems for drivers and had crews scrambling to keep up with downed trees and power lines. Some pg e customers are in the dark because of the rain and wind. This is just one of many spots throughout the bay area where the storm brought down power lines. I saw wires swinging back and forth.
