Henry County, IA- The Henry County Sheriff's Office has announced the arrest of a Mount Pleasant man for Operating while under the Influence. According to a news release, at about 7:43 PM Sunday, May 26th, the Henry County Sheriff's Office received a driving complaint from the Louisa County Sheriff's Office of a vehicle driving all over the roadway towards Henry County. At about 8:06 PM, Henry County Deputies intercepted the vehicle in the 1900 grid of Highway 218 and initiated a traffic stop. As a result of the traffic stop, the driver of the vehicle, 59 year old Miguel Jaimes of Mount Pleasant was arrested and charged with Operating While Under the Influence 2nd Offense. He was also cited for Open Container and No Valid Driver's License.
