A MiG-21 fighter jet of the Indian Air Force crashed in Rajasthan s Hanumangarh on Monday. At least two civilian casualties have been reported in the incident, said PTI.The pilot and co-pilot jumped from the aircraft in time and landed safely in the drain area with the help of a parachute. However, the helicopter fell on a house causing death of a woman and a man, according to reports.
Locals at Langeana village say they heard a loud noise soon after the crash.

As per the IAF, pilot Sqn Ldr Abhinav Choudhary sustained fatal injuries in the crash. There was an aircraft accident last night involving a Bison aircraft of IAF in the western sector.
