At approximately 2:04, police discovered the body of a 34-year-old man in the 100 block of East Sycamore Street. The cause and manner of death are undetermined at this time and will be released by the Edwards County Coroner's Office after completion of a final autopsy and toxicology report. WADI says the Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program, or LIHEAP, started in September, and the organization is actively writing applications for qualified families to receive assistance with their utility bills.
