first hour and 1/2 inch an hour after that. we re dealing with 8 to 10 inches of rain in three hours. it cannot bump that in an hour. it will take a while for that to be done. the frustration is that we re in a different era, an era, where we have these rains every week, every month. residents are frustrated there. meanwhile in tulsa, oklahoma, earlier reports indicate that an f-1 tornado may have touched down at 1:25 this morning. that s the second weakest. the strongest is an f-5. we re talking about winds up to 110 miles per hour. there s significant damage, particularly by interstate 44, midtown tulsa, and downtown. thousands of people lost power and streets and businesses are closed, roofs torn off buildings and trees and power poles uprooted there. and debris scattered throughout. the national weather service has
