However, Lamb said that when the Georgia Department of Transportation began constructing a right turning lane near his property two years, he lost parking slots and an entire exit on his property. “The DOT, because they are putting in that turn lane, took a portion of the property in front of my location,” he told The Times. “So, I lost all my parking up front, they took away an exit in front of the location and they’ve made it very difficult to operate out of that location.” ....
