The video of the slashing attack was so disturbing, police say it caught the attention of viewers including one man who recognized the suspect and called police leading to the arrest of Kari Bazemore wednesday night. She was bleeding a lot. She was crying and she walked in and she said somebody slashed her in the face. Amanda morris left with two visible gashes on her face after the investigators say the had 41yearold walked alongside and. It happened on west 23rd street in chelsea as morris was on her way to work. Morris who had to have stitches writes on facebook i was simply in the wrong plus at the wrong time and put in an unfortunate situation. It was about 12 hours later that that Good Samaritan spotted Kari Bazemore walking near st. Patricks cathedral and called police. Morris now urging others to learn from her experience adding i did have a bad feeling about this man as soon his walk was irregular and he appeared under the in plus by his body language and stance.
