Mission-driven staffing agency Working Fields is expanding operations to Massachusetts, the organization announced today. The company acquired Greenfield-based alternative staffing agency Harmon Personnel Services (Harmon) from Community Action Pioneer Valley (CAPV) on December 25, 2022.
