PESHAWAR: The Michni Gate police have arrested a man for allegedly murdering his wife for honor in Darmangi area on the outskirts of the provincial capital. A police spokesperson said the accused had murdered his wife on Sunday. He said the accused was trying to flee the area when the police arrested him during a raid. The official said the accused admitted to killing his wife for honor during initial interrogation. The police have registered FIR against him on the complaint of a brother of the slain woman. The complainant told the police that the alleged killer used to accuse his wife of being in contact with someone on phone. ....
