Woman charged with embezzling more than $100,000 from Michigan nonprofit

Jennifer Trackwell joined Michigan Transition Services Association as its treasurer in 2013, according to the Michigan Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs.
LARA records show the nonprofit that assists students and young adults with disabilities as they transition through school, removed Trackwell from the organization in August 2017.
Last month Trackwell, of Kentucky, was arraigned on one count of embezzlement of more than $100,000 and using a computer to commit a crime.
Court records did not indicate the exact dollar amount in question.
She has no criminal record whatsoever, Ed Literski, Trackwell s attorney, said at her arraignment. The allegations arise out of things that occurred three or four years ago. ....
