Gov. Gretchen Whitmer signed the Delta-8 THC Bill, Tuesday, July 13, 2021.
The legislation requires the hemp-based Delta-8 THC, also known as marijuana lite, to be regulated by the Michigan Regulatory Agency.
The product can be bought at gas stations and inhaled through vaping cartridges.
