moment from the event yesterday that we would like to show. especially in honor of our mothers this weekend, i think it s a tremendous opportunity, to help our families. the women here are truly deserving. my husband is an employee of the new york city rescue mission. we came here when they were going through difficult times. they helped them and now he is happy and loving life and in turn i get to help people. alisyn: obviously it s not just holidays, it s year round. it s an incredible story. i ve got to go back and follow with michelle to talk about how the new york rescue mission and helped her husband and then he gets his life together and he marries this beautiful woman. it s an incredible story.

you ve done this? i ve done it couple times sing weigh them during thanksgiving and mother s day. this, of course, is something that the new york city rescue mission does exactly well. reach out to people in need and this is mothers in need and their children. all told they got more than 500 people, 500 mothers and plus their children. you increase that to thousand or 1500 people. its feast. all of the members of the new york news media they get involved, as well. new york rescue mission is private charity that is nonprofit. they have been working in this city since the 1800s. you had a chance to talk to miss new jersey. she was there helping serve food. robin was there and we served food together and michelle
