Always someone willing to help raise money for a good cause, Tralee runner and coach Michelle Greaney is back in planning mode once again as she looks to honour the memory of her late friend, Jemma O Shea.
Jemma, who passed away in October of last year after a battle with cancer, is set to be remembered through the Jemma O Shea Memorial 5km or 10km Virtual Run/Walk in April.
The run, which is set to take place over the weekend of April 2 to April 4 will be in aid of the Palliative Care Unit in UHK.
With it being a virtual event, runners and walkers will be able to complete it at their own pace on their own route anytime over the Easter weekend.
