Dover church offers free food to anyone who needs it Karen Dandurant DOVER – A steady, double line of cars and their occupants waited patiently for boxes of free food Saturday at Restoration Church in Dover. It began the previous week, and the food distribution program is planned to continue every Saturday through April – boxes of food for everyone who comes, until the boxes run out, no questions asked. The congregation of the church, located at 80 Rutland St., is taking part in a USDA program, The Farmers to Families Food Box program, a part of the Coronavirus Food Assistance Program, which was developed in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.
