Commercial real estate investment firm Equus Capital Partners announced the sale of three of the buildings from The Knitting Mills development in Wyomissing to an affiliate of Kawa Capital Management on Wednesday.
The buildings include the UGI Energy Services corporate headquarters, Teleflex research and development lab and Tower Health training center â together measuring 262,615 square feet.
Terms of the finalized acquisition were not immediately available, though Wyomissing zoning and code officer Michele Bare previously noted a nine-figure offer was made for the properties.
