[email protected] While investigating a trespassing complaint Wednesday at the Cedar Grove Motel, 1671 Bellemeade Drive, police arrested a city man on unrelated drug charges, court documents stated. Michael A. Stine, 38, was arraigned Friday by Magisterial District Judge Ben Jones on drug- and firearms-related charges, and he is currently detained at Blair County Prison on a $75,000 cash bail, according to court documents. Around 7 p.m. Wednesday, the motel’s owner flagged down a Logan Township police officer to discuss a complaint about a trespasser, police reported. While investigating the complaint, an officer initiated an interview with two men and a woman exiting a motel room, a criminal complaint stated. A second Logan Township officer arriving at the scene recognized one of the men as Stine, who had an open arrest warrant for narcotics charges, court documents stated. ....
