Well, we thought that by 6 00 we would have news that everything is reopening and that is exactly what is happening. You can see signs first of all before you guys came on there was a red x showing it was all closed off. You can see opened to trucks and buses. The southbound lanes are reopening, you can still see emergency vehicles along the median, they are still to go salting in that, left most lane but as bob kelly says because nobody was driving on this and a lot of cars, and their tires usually keep road clear, that is why it was another sheet of ice. They have been going back and forth, with these at trucks over and over and we have state Police Testing them out with their vehicles back and forth.
