For us to honor the responsibilities that we have to protect and defend the american havee we must not only moments of silence, we must have days of action. , am grateful to Mike Thompson the chair on the gun violence robintion task force and kelly for bringing us together this morning. Many of our members are here this morning to bear witness. It is not just the high profile cases that challenge our cases. It is the everyday violence that must be addressed.
