delays of one, two, three hours or more. i was supposed to go out at 11:0. they canceled the flight and now i will go out at 4:55. and they rescheduled the airline from continue nen that to u.s. airways. reporter: about 15 flights were diverted to bwi for refuelling. some passengers got out there, others waited until they were cleared for the flight to reagan national. if they have us out for two hours, we have to go back and they have to make alternate plans. i guess the company has a policy they can t have us sit on the tarmac for more than two hours. predictably, there were problems with lost luggage. it took elizabeth o connor, a member of the u.s. air force a day and a half to fly here from philadelph philadelphia, but her bag didn t make it. i got bounced off one, then turned back around, came back to philly. the last one they tried to get us on, they said everything was canceled because of the fog and they made us stay in a hotel. did not pay or help us ....
