The siris casino at 241 north virginia street in the heart of downtown reno. Police have identified the suspect as 38 year old kiley grayson. Hes been charged with open murder and police say he did not run from the crime scene or resist arrest. The victim was an off duty employee of siris casino. Police have determined there was a physical and verbal dispute between the two men. When the victim tried to walk away. Police say grayson pulled out a gun and shot the man in the chest. The name of the victim has not yet been released. The woman who died after an accident at squaw valley over the weekend has been identified. That prompted a search that lasted for days, but had to be called off due to bad weather. His body was found by tahoe nordsic and El Dorado County search and rescue yesterday morning. About a quarter mile out of bounds, in an avalanceprone area near the original search site. Man was pointing a toy gun at passing cars last night around 8 near las vegas boulevard and saint rose parkway. They say officers told the man several times to drop the weapon. They said it in english and in spanish. An officer fired one shot, hitting the man in the shoulder. Our crews were there as he was being transported to umc. The man is expected to survive.
