But heres todays development it appears that theres another player in the world stage thats making a similar move russia is now sending signals of no confidence in the u. S. Dollar as well and its doing so in a different way see the Russian Parliament has now officially cleared the way for the country to double its supply of gold what it is essentially doing is its removing the barriers including taxes so that russia can accelerate its gold buy
