Courtesy Coldwater Swimming and Diving LAKE ORION, MI (WTVB) – As the history books close on the longest swim season in Coldwater High School history, the Coldwater Girls Varsity Swim and Dive Team sent three Lady Cards to the M.H.S.A.A. Division Three state finals in Lake Orion on Friday and Saturday. Mia Rzepka and Charlotte Calhoun started off the weekend with diving on Friday night. Senior Mia Rzepka finished 16th out of 36 qualified divers with an 11-round score of 265.9, the best finish for a diver in the young history of the Cardinal program. Freshman Charlotte Calhoun finished 23rd with a score of 117.0; only the top 20 divers advanced beyond the fifth round of diving. ....

Coldwater divers Mia Rzepka and Charlotte Calhoun and swimmer Jillian McKinley will be competing in the Division Three Finals at Lake Orion High School. Coldwater, MI, USA / WTVB | 1590 AM · 95.5 FM | The Voice of Branch County Jan 6, 2021 11:19 AM EAST LANSING, MI (WTVB) – The Michigan High School Athletic Association announced on Wednesday that the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services will allow a limited numbers of spectators for the final rounds of the M.H.S.A.A. Football and Girls Volleyball Tournaments. Football teams will receive 125 tickets, to be divided among game participants for purchase by immediate family members via the GoFan digital ticketing platform. Volleyball teams will receive 50 tickets, also to be purchased by immediate family via GoFan. Those lucky enough to be in attendance will have to follow certain protocols. Spectators in different households must be spaced out by six feet and maintain distancing at all other times including when they arrive and leave the game facility.
