Show Transcript I DID MY FIRST RACE WHEN I WAS ABOUT SEVEN I RAN A 5K WITH MY DAD AND HE’S REALLY THE ONE THAT GOT ME INTO RUNNING THE REST AS THEY SAY IS HISTORY MIA. LOTHMAN HAS BEEN LACING UP HER SNEAKERS AND RUNNING LAPS AROUND THE COMPETITION FOR MORE THAN HALF HER LIFE. GOES RACING TO A VICTORY AS THE GATORADE GIRLS CROSS COUNTRY PLAYER OF THE YEAR A LOT OF EMOTIONS, BUT IT WAS REALLY COOL AND I COULDN’T BE MORE GRATEFUL TO GET THIS AWARD. IT’S AWESOME. IT’S WORD LOTHMAN WON AFTER CLAIMING FIVE OF SEVEN MEETS AGAINST IN-STATE COMPETITION AND PLACING SECOND IN THE OTHER TWO.
