Officers who responded to a single-vehicle crash in Quinte West, Ont., on Wednesday discovered that a man who was inside the vehicle had been kidnapped, police say.
A total of 19 facilities, mostly in Belleville, but others near by, were involved in Saturday’s annual Doors Open event, drawing much interest by both Bellevillians and visitors.
