Born in Rumford on Nov. 28, 1956, he was a son of Freeman and June (Sawyer) Grace, Sr. He attended Mexico Schools and was employed as an Inspector for Pioneer Plastics in Auburn By all accounts, Charlie was a good man, he was a warmhearted, gentle soul who cherished family and friends above all else. He was a dedicated family man and derived so much joy from spending time with his daughters and grandchildren.
