Again. Ive never discussed my business or their business, my sons or daughters. I have never spoken to my son about his overseas dealings. I never discussed with my son or brother or anyone else anything having to do with their businesses, period. And he sent out his spokesperson to apparently mislead as well. In 2020, andrew bates, a spokesperson for the campaign at the time said no meeting ever took place between biden and a burisma executive. This is russian disinformation operations, said Biden Adviser Michael Carpenter to politco. Whats going on here . Its a fair question. Fast forward to this past monday. Devin archer told congress in 2015 in april, biden entered the room where they were having dinner, shook everybodys hand. He came to dinner and then the burisma dinner companions, all they all talked about the world and the weather. Those are archers words to the House Oversight committee. Pat fallon sits on that committee and he joins me now. Congressman, thanks for being here.

And 70 years after independence, india is still a diverse, ever evolving assortment of cultures, creeds, religions and languages. Heading off the well worn tourist path, were on a journey which spans this vast subcontinent from east to west. Travelling from one of the driest places on earth. It is quite incredible, the sand. Its just crystal, hard cystals. White salt. You can probably taste it. To one of the wettest. These are areas really for the adventurous traveller. This isnt india on tap. Im on a quest to find out how history, religion and politics have shaped india. And also, meet the people who call this intriguing and sometimes overwhelming country home. Its going to be an amazing journey. For thousands of years, india found its riches and influence through international trade. At the heart of this enterprise was the sea. And the state of gujarat, with a thousand miles of coastline, served as a Shipping Gateway to africa, arabia and beyond. This is as far west as you can get in

This is how they flare. We are demanding that they stop the flaring. It must stop. These are my children. This is my family. Hello. Thanks for tuning in to our Weather Forecast for the next ten days. And i can tell you straight away that theres absolutely no let up to the kind of weather weve been having for weeks now. So once again, early august is going to be changeable, on the cool side, with rain at times. And if we look at the recent satellite picture, you can see weather systems, a daisy chain of them, lining up in the atlantic and heading our way. And through the course of this week, crucially, quite a strong jet stream across the atlantic. Also pointing in our direction, you can see even some dips in the jet stream, or troughs, as we call it in meteorology. And that means that cooler air at times will be streaming in from the north. I think thursday will be a particularly cool day across the north of the country whereas the warm weather is reserved for the southern climes. Onto

Welcome to hardtalk. Thank you for having me. Im sure you would agree that amnesty S International reputation depends upon impartiality, independence, the rigour of your research. Mm hm. How do you think amnesty s reputation stands across the world right now . Look, based on the various travels i am doing in africa, latin america, asia, our reputation stands very high and firm. People from very remote areas, all the way to political leaders know that they can count on us if its needed. I was very recently in peru meeting with Indigenous People who had confronted state violence, mothers and fathers who had lost their sons. Who was there with them for months after the event, for weeks at a time . Amnesty international. We went there and we kept being there for them. I was in taiwan two weeks ago. Amnesty international has been in taiwan since the 1980s. We fought the white terror government. We are now in taiwan as an established ngo, but also an ally for the Civil Society more generally
