The Pend Oreille Harvest Festival returns to the Oldtown Rotary Park in Oldtown on Sept. 23-24. Due to the hardships facing many members of the community, this year’s festival will be a benefit in support of the Wildfire Emergency Response Fund at the Innovia Foundation.
