When it all gets a bit much, head outside for a walk.
While Melbourne is strapped in for another lockdown, after the trials and tribulations of last year, at least we somewhat know what to expect. Although we may be confined to our homes for the next seven days, recreational exercise is one of the few reasons we can get out and about.
