Jack C. Morrison, formerly of Geneva, Illinois and most recently of Normal, IL died peacefully at Heritage Health in Normal, Illinois at the age of 95, with family at his side. Jack is survived by his children Jim Morrison of Dundee, Illinois, David Morrison of Fort Myers, Florida, and Beth Morrison Cash (Eric) of Hudson, Illinois; Grandchildren Jessica Morrison of Saint Cloud, Minnesota, Sam (Ashley) Cash of Bloomington, Illinois and Emily Cash of Normal, Illinois. He married Lorna Springer on December 28, 1952. They celebrated 63 years of marriage before her passing in January of 2016. He was preceded in death by his wife, Lorna Springer Morrison, and his parents. Jack was born on May 19, 1927, in Burnt Prairie, Illinois to Martin T. and Helen E. (Haefele) Morrison. He graduated from Fairfield Community High School and enlisted in the Army in 1945, serving in WW 2 in Germany as part of the Finance Department.
