We have much to discuss tonight, but before i begin please join me in welcoming back the third first gentleman of the state of kansas, my husband doctor ted dotty applause . I think last year i introduced him as the longsuffering ted dotty and that continues until today. Ted still misses his garden we had at the other house and his darkroom but hes adjusting to our new home by adding some personal touches, he has taken an interest in putting this cedar back in cedar crest with the planting of new trees.
