these are extremist activities. i want to make sure that it is very clear we are talking about activity, not what is going on between somebody s ears, what they are thinking or feeling. it is about what they act on extremist ideology that puts the force at risk and to some of it can lead to violence. there s a whole range in the course of the 100 that we talked about, whole range of activity, some more severe than others. the numbers are really small when you think about it, 3.5 million men and women strong, 100 cases over a year is not very much. we are certainly not surprised by that at all, but even the small numbers can have an outside impact when it comes to unit discipline. we look forward to whatever it is that you are able to do with those new rules and an update on that from you. meanwhile, the state department is warning against travel to ukraine as russian troops are gathering along the border. are we getting any immediate indication that putin planned to invade?
