Article content In spite of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic and no physical event this year, over 1,300 scarves, hats, mitts and gloves were collected as part of the annual Penny M. Lilley Memorial Wooly Toss. Normally held during a December Legionnaires Jr. B. hockey game, this year’s Wooly Toss place over a period of weeks as Sarnia-Lambton residents dropped off donations of woolly winter wear at homes as well as at local businesses.
